‘HALF MOON’ Siamese fighting fish/ Betta fish!
The ‘HALF MOON’ tail shape is a large tail fin that forms a 180 degree half circle.
The caudal fin spreads off the caudal peduncle at 160-180 degrees and the rays must be of even length. The anal fin on the ‘half moon’ is usually extended.
To find a ‘true’ ‘half moon’ Betta fish/ Siamese fighting fish is difficult and can be very expensive!
