Due to the placing of their eyes on their body, fish see better than humans. Their peripheral viewing field is always 360 degrees with just a small blind spot.
Their eyes are similar to human’s eyes. They have a cornea, iris, retina and lens.
Their retina allows them to reflect light, and their lens can move back and forward, which allows them to see both far and near.
Their underwater vision allows them to see at great depth and distance.
This remarkable vision comes in handy because they are able to see any predators before they become lunch.
